Advantages of our centers
Total Planning has 8 machining centers, assisted by numerical control. We have 3 5-axis machines (DMG and HAAS) to machine the most complex or larger parts. The maximum length that we can machine in 5-axis machines is 1,000 mm.
Since 2015, three numerical control machines have been acquired (a 5-axis HAAS center, a 3-axis BRIDGEPORT center and a 4-axis BRIDGEPORT center).
In the centers section, we mechanize 2/3 of the work in Total Planning. We have a production capacity of more than 20,000 hours per year in CNC centers, divided into two work shifts.
