QUALITY
All our processes revolve around meeting the strict quality requirements demanded by our clients, carrying out an exhaustive control of the traceability of the product: from the purchase of the material to the delivery to the client, documentary control and resolution of incidents. We have been certified by the ISO9001 standard for more than 20 years. We have the ISO13485 medical certification and the ISO14001. In the same way, we comply with the requirements of the aeronautical standard EN9100.
During the entire production process, self-controls and verifications of each of the machining phases are carried out, to minimize in this way the non-internal quality.
All of this is corroborated by the low rate of customer complaints (<0.14% in the last year) and the high level of customer satisfaction.
DOCUMENTARY MANAGEMENT
We guarantee the traceability of manufacturing batches, identified with barcodes. If necessary, we can document and trace piece by piece, within the same batch.
The raw material is kept traced with the batch number throughout the manufacturing process until its storage or shipment to the customer.
If the client requires it, we attach to the product the certificates of conformity, material certificate, IPA’s or dimensional report (the self-checks of verification at the foot of the machine or final report)

DELIVERY SECURITY
We guarantee our clients compliance with the established delivery deadlines. Thanks to our computer system and the monitoring of the machines through the imputation of markings, we know, in real time, in which phase each manufacture is.
In the same way, in some cases, we have a safety stock or minimum stock in our warehouse, to supply the customer with the material as quickly as they need it.
