For over fifteen years, we have been working closely with several vocational training colleges, giving work opportunities to young people who are studying intermediate and advanced levels in mechanics.This represents an opportunity for both sides, as the students can apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned in their classrooms and the company can benefit from new insights and perspectives.
At the moment, nearly 30% of our workers come from vocational colleges, and the average age of our workforce is 45.
