In TOTAL PLANNING we work for several different sectors like railway, aeronautics, manufacturing machinery, medical and petrochemical.
In order to provide the necessary requirements for each sector, we work with a full machinery park composed of 12 CNC machines in our facilities of over 1,000 m2.
Since January 2015, we have a new 5-axis machine model HAAS UMC 750. With this new addition, we have three 5-axis machines in our facilities, to be able to offer an even more efficient service to our customers.
The optimal machining dimensions are from Ø 5 to Ø 850 mm in lathes and 500 x 500 x 800 mm in the centres.
Currently, we are able to work around 36,000 hours per year but in case of workload this number may increase

We have our own metrology laboratory, which allows us a robust production control throughout the process and results in a high rate of customer satisfaction.
Since last 2014, we have been audited by the aeronautic Norm UNE-EN 9100: 2010 to ensure quality, reliability and safety of systems and aeronautical and aerospace products.
