In Total Planning we have always opted for the quality of our parts and machining. Our quality management system endorses us as a national and international reference. In addition, our machinery park is characterized by offering guarantees and an efficient and optimal service in each of the works that are performed. Customer satisfaction is our main goal.
The company has a set of eight CNC machining centers and four lathes CNC. An ample machinery park, that for years, we have tried to renew and improve, to satisfy the demands and expectations of the customers. To achieve this goal, this 2017 we are going to incorporate a new machine of 4 axes, Bridgeport V1000, that will arrive at our facilities in this first semester to continue offering the best service and the best quality.
On the other hand, regarding the quality of our product, our certificates endorse us. A pattern that is maintained year after year, and in September the last audit was carried out, certifying that Total Planning maintains its parameters of quality and precision to guarantee its customers 100% reliability. This quality management system is guaranteed by the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2008 Certification and the EN 9100: 2009 Aeronautical Standard.
There are only four machining workshops in Catalonia with EN9100 and Total Planning is one of them.
In addition, our commitment has always been based on satisfying the needs of the customers thanks to an integral management in all the productive process, from the purchase of the material, the treatments until the final assembly. In this way, the company continues to grow day by day betting on the evolution of its technologies, processes and methodologies and generating factors of precision and quality on a permanent basis.
