Total Planning has been always identified by the quality of each of its processes through appropriate management and operation that stimulate the satisfaction of their customers. Thanks to this commitment to maintain constant quality, reliability and safety of its products, which has confirmed its strategy of continuous improvement. For this reason, the company has achieved the renewal of their certificates of quality.
The procedure took place on 14 and 15 September in the facilities of the company of Montcada i Reixac. An audit held by the entity TÜV Rheinland (accredited by ENAC), with positive results, of monitoring of the system of quality management of the referential UNE – EN ISO 9001:2008 and the Norm Aeronautics EN 9100:2009. The auditor noted the commitment of Total Planning on the improvement of the processes and results of these, as well as the efforts that are being made in those processes that today do not achieve the expected results.
One of the factors that has contributed to this renewal has been the involvement of staff and stakeholders and the effort and collaboration to keep improving every day.That point is grateful for the direction of the company. In addition, these certifications are reflected in the improvement actions carried out during this year and that support the quality policy of Total Planning of continuous progress.
Thanks to this renewal, it is confirmed again the solid quality of the company in its procedures, as well as the efficiency and demand of them, which favors without doubt an improvement of quality and prestige both nationally and internationally. But above all, a maximum level of satisfaction is still reaching in every one of their clients, main objective of the company.
