Challenges and objectives of Total Planning for the second half of the year

In Total Planning we confront the second half of the year with new challenges that motivate us to continue consolidating the company thanks to new projects, the optimisation of our production process and the continuity of our quality standards.

Since early 2015, we are implementing a program of production management in ERP, which allows us manage by computer the work we do in our facilities. Thus, we can have control at all times of the actual status of each purchase order, allowing us to know the real delivery of each job.

In September we will make an audit to renew the EN9100 Certification. With this renewal we reaffirm our strong commitment to quality, reliability and safety. Related to this point, we have signed a quality agreement with one of our major customers. This agreement means for the customer a lower cost in its checks reception, allowing progressively diminish those controls through their trust in our quality system.

On the other hand, our attendance at Subcontracting Fair is having results and the new contacts we made during these days are becoming orders. Our team will continue with these trade relations started last May to continue growing our customer base, both national and international.

Regarding the internationalization previously discussed, our new sales agent in Germany has already started to open the doors to this demanding market that soon will offer us great commercial possibilities.
